Terms of Service Agreement

The domain "USAWebSubmission.com" is owned by the company Super Star Enterprises Inc..

USAWebSubmission.com offers three different web site submission service plans [Bronze, Silver,& Platinum].

CUSTOMER is the party specified on the order form.

CUSTOMER and USAWebSubmission.com agree to incorporate the information provided on CUSTOMER's completed order form as accepted by USAWebSubmission.com. CUSTOMER and USAWebSubmission.com agree that:

CUSTOMER will pay the one time fee as specified on the order form for the specified web site submission plan [$19.95 for the Bronze Plan; $25.00 for the Silver Plan; $35.00 for the Platinum Plan: The terms applicable to CUSTOMER depend on the fee paid and plan selected on CUSTOMER's completed order form.

CUSTOMER will be billed the amount shown on the order form completed.

If CUSTOMER selected the Bronze Plan on the order form and paid the $19.95 service fee, USAWebSubmission.com will: 1) Submit CUSTOMER's web site URL One Time to a minimum of 1000 search engines, directories and other indices.

If CUSTOMER selected the Silver Plan on the order form and paid the Recurring $25.00 per month subscribtion service fee, USAWebSubmission.com will: 1) Submit CUSTOMER's web site URL One Time Per Month for 12 month's to a minimum of 1000 search engines, directories and other indices .

If CUSTOMER selected the Platinum Plan on the order form and paid the recurring $35.00 per Month Subscription service fee, USAWebSubmission.com will: 1) submit CUSTOMER's web site URL 2 Times Per Month for 12 Month's to a minimum of 1000 search engines, directories and other indices.

CUSTOMER may not transfer submission service to any other URL.

USAWebSubmission.com will submit any URL, except for those promoting illegal activities and / or illegal products. USAWebSubmission.com reserves the right to refuse service and will refund CUSTOMER's fee, if USAWebSubmission.com cannot submit CUSTOMER's URL due to USAWebSubmission.com's exercise of this right.

USAWebSubmission.com web site submission is a premier service. Service begins when CUSTOMER submits their order form to USAWebSubmission.com. USAWebSubmission.com does not guarantee particular search or URL placement in any search engines or directories. All sales are final - no refunds after service begins. USAWebSubmission.com makes no express or implied warranties or guarantees.

USAWebSubmission.com or its employees shall not be liable to CUSTOMER or any other person under any legal theory, tort, contract or otherwise for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any character including without limitation damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer or web site failure or malfunction, or any other commercial damages or losses related to any products or services CUSTOMER's URL promotes, sells, or endorses.

THE PURCHASE OF ANY USAWebSubmission.com WEB SITE SUBMISSION SERVICE PLAN BY CUSTOMER IS MADE AFTER CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY ACCEPTS THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN BY SUBMITTING THE ORDER FORM OR SELECTING THE "I AGREE - PROCESS MY ORDER" BUTTON ON THE ORDER FORM PAGE. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. This Agreement shall be governed by Maryland law and any disagreements between CUSTOMER and USAWebSubmission.com will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Baltimore County, Maryland The application the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. This Agreement represents the complete, final, and integrated agreement between USAWebSubmission.com and CUSTOMER concerning CUSTOMER's purchase of USAWebSubmission.com web site submission service.
